Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs that meet the brand’s and clients' requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and management to ensure designs align with project specifications, regulations, and the brand’s quality standards.
• Work flexibly and efficiently from any location, dedicating at least six hours daily to assigned tasks and projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders, providing design insights and updates from concept to completion.
• Prepare and present detailed plans, drawings, 3D models, and animations for various projects.
• Contribute to the brand’s mission of delivering accessible, innovative, and tailored building solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a recognized certification in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and advanced rendering software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including 3D renderings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to the brand’s vision of innovation and accessibility.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
